Description
This is a course to cover maintenance and troubleshooting for the Agilent 1100/1200 series modules with a major focus on the maintenance and repair of these modules.
*Students will learn 1100/1200 series overview, status and logbooks, solvents and fittings.
*1100/1200 pumps and vacuum degasser overview, maintenance procedures and error messages.
*1100/1200 autosampler overview, special functions, maintenance procedures, test functions and error messages.
The course covers the isocratic, binary, binary SL and quaternary pumping systems. The vacuum degasser, auto injector,variable wavelength and diode array detector.

Notes
This course is suitable for someone with a fundamental knowledge of liquid chromatography who has the responsibility of troubleshooting and maintaining an Agilent 1100 / 1200 HPLC.
A basic knowledge of liquid chromatography and six months of experience in operating the Agilent 1100/1200 HPLC is recommended.
