This course is suitable for anyone who wishes to expand their knowledge of the Agilent 6400 seriesQQQ LC/MS. A fundamental knowledge of chemistry is important to understand the solution chemistry.
A basic liquid chromatography course such as Techniques of Modern HPLC (H1186A) is suggested prior to this course. A basic mass spectrometry background is also desirable or at least one month on the instrument.
