This course is suitable for anyone who wishes to expand their knowledge of the Agilent 1100 LC/MS ION TRAP.

A fundamental knowledge of chemistry is important to understand the solution chemistry. A basic liquid chromatography course such as the Techniques of Modern HPLC (H1186A) course is suggested. A basic mass spectrometry course is desirable as well as one month on the instrument.
