The Customer Education Program is a unique aspect to our business. We are one of the only analytical companies in Australia to offer such a broad base of in-country customer training, excluding the need to travel overseas for this service.
Our offsite, classroom style courses are charged at a flat rate, per person, per day including training materials and meals. The onsite training at your laboratory is priced upon application.

Q: Are certificates issued upon completion of a course?
A: Yes, all participants of any courses will receive certificates - this includes on site training at your laboratory.
Q: When will I be invoiced for the course?
A: Agilent Customer Education invoices each participant or company once registration for the course has been completed, so you will receive an invoice in the mail shortly after registration.
Q: How much does custom onsite training cost?
A: Each customer's needs are different, so we cost this style of training upon application.
Q: What is the pricing structure of the training courses?
A: Each of our classroom style training courses are charged at a flat rate per person, per day which includes all training materials, stationery and refreshments.
