Proficiency Testing - Troubleshooting & Maintenance Courses

In 2006 our three troubleshooting and maintenance courses will have new material as well as proficiency tests.

The proficiency tests have been added to increase the business value to our customers of sending their staff to training courses. The tests will demonstrate that participants have achieved the key objectives throughout the course.

There will be two tests added to each course. The first will be a brief test completed on the final day of the course. The second test will be completed within two weeks after the course completion when students have had the opportunity practice their new skills. Once students have achieved the required pass rate for both tests, their certificates will be issued.

Our objective here is to increase the effectiveness of the training courses, and give management confidence that their staff will return to work with increased and more efficient skills.
